Delete your Youthverse account
You can delete your Youthverse account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to accounts used on the Youthverse website and the Youthverse apps for iPhone and Android.
Delete in the app
- Open the Youthverse app and go to Profile.
- Tap Account & support, then Delete account.
- Confirm it's you by signing in again with Google or Apple.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account. Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete on the website
If your account uses an email and password, sign in at youthverse.in, open your Profile, and use Delete account in the Danger zone. If you sign in with Google or Apple, use the app, or send us an email as below.
No app? Ask us by email
Email support@youthverse.in from the email address on your Youthverse account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your profile and YouthPass, including XP, stamps and your referral code
- Your posts, comments, messages and connections
- Your event registrations and Event Passes
- Mission proofs, Skill Quest progress, opportunity applications and perk claims
- Your profile photo and any files you uploaded
- Your sign-in record
What may be kept
Counts and statistics that do not identify you (for example, how many people attended an event) may remain. We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except where the law requires us to. Copies in routine backups are removed as those backups expire.
