Terms of Use

By using Youthverse, users agree to these Terms of Use.

Youthverse provides YouthPass, events, societies, missions, perks, opportunity drops, Skill Quests, community features, and related student/youth experiences.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping account access secure
• Using their own account
• Not impersonating others
• Not misusing Youthverse

Youthverse may apply age-based access rules. Some users may receive full access, limited event-only access, or no access depending on eligibility, product rules, safety requirements, and applicable law.

XP, tiers, stamps, perks, and rewards are part of the Youthverse product experience.

Youthverse may update, correct, reverse, pause, or remove XP, stamps, perks, rewards, submissions, or account benefits in cases of:

• Abuse
• Spam
• Fake activity
• Fraud
• Technical errors
• Moderation decisions
• Campaign changes
• Policy violations

Users may register for events and receive Event Passes.

Registration on Youthverse does not always guarantee physical entry to an event. Entry may depend on:

• Venue capacity
• Organizer rules
• Eligibility
• Safety requirements
• Check-in process
• Operational changes

Youthverse may help with registration and attendance tracking, but event details, timing, venue, entry, and final operations may be controlled by the organizer.

Society admins and event organizers are responsible for ensuring that society details, event details, venue information, eligibility rules, and communications shared through Youthverse are accurate and lawful.

Organizers must use attendee data responsibly and only for legitimate event/society operations.

Users may submit proofs, applications, answers, posts, links, or other content.

Youthverse, admins, societies, brands, or campaign partners may review, approve, reject, remove, or request changes to submissions depending on the feature or campaign.

Rewards are not guaranteed unless the relevant rules are satisfied. Some missions, drops and opportunities on Youthverse are offered by partner organisations, including brands, employers and education providers. Where a partner opportunity requires your details to be shared with that partner — for example, an application, a registration, or a callback request — Youthverse will tell you which partner will receive your information and what it will be used for, and will ask for your separate consent at that point. You are never required to apply for a partner opportunity, and declining does not affect your access to Youthverse, your XP, your tier, or any other part of the platform. You can withdraw a consent you have given by contacting support@youthverse.in. Youthverse does not sell user contact details or user databases to third parties.

Users must not post or engage in:

• Spam
• Harassment
• Abusive content
• Hate or discriminatory content
• Illegal content
• Impersonation
• Misleading information
• Content that violates someone else’s rights
• Attempts to manipulate XP, rewards, or rankings

Youthverse may remove content or restrict accounts for violations.

Users remain responsible for content they submit.

By submitting content, users allow Youthverse to display, process, review, and use that content as needed to operate the platform, campaigns, events, missions, community features, Skill Quests, or related Youthverse services.

Youthverse features may change, pause, or be removed as the product evolves.

Youthverse tries to keep the platform useful and available, but does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Specific outcomes from events
• Selection for opportunities
• Rewards/perks availability
• Campaign results
• Entry into every event

Youthverse may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts/content for misuse, fraud, abuse, spam, security risks, violations of these Terms, or other harmful activity.
